Mrs. Rose Green, 72, former resident of Council Bluffs, wife of Gustave Green, died Thursday at North Branch, Minn.

The body is being returned to Council Bluffs, arriving Saturday morning over the Great Western railroad, and will be taken to the Cutler mortuary.

Other survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Carl Mortensen of Shelby, Ia., and Mrs. Julius Knudsen of South St. Paul, Minn.; a son, Ervin, South St. Paul; three brothers, Dick Beck of Council Bluffs, Fred Beck of Lewis township, and Gotlieb Beck of Underwood; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Plumer, route No. 2, Council Bluffs, and seven grandchildren.


GREEN, Mrs. Rose, age 72 years, died in North Branch, Minnesota, April 11, 1940. Residence North Branch, Minnesota.

Funeral Saturday, 2 p.m. in Cutler's Chapel. Rev. ALfred Hoff, Millard, Neb., officiating. Burial in Plumer Settlement Cemetery. Cutler's Funeral Home in charge.
