Long Illness Fatal to H. J. Thieschafer

Henry J. Thieschafer, 62, Route 1, died Friday night in a local hospital after a year's illness.

The former farm bureau member, spent all his life in Mills county. He was engaged in farming until shortly before his death. Thieschafer was a member of St. John's Lutheran church at Mineola.

Survivors are: widow, Amelia; two sons, Walter Thieschafer and Henry Thieschafer, both of Route 1; a daughter, Mrs. Frank Woksa, jr., Route 1; two sisters, Mrs. Mark Schoening of Belgrade, Neb., and Mrs. Louise Gosch of Missouri Valley; a brother, Fred Thieschafer of Glenwood, and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p. m. at the Cutler chapel. The Rev. O. C. Biermann of Mineola will officiate. Burial will be in the Plumer Settlement cemetery in Mills county.
